How does my Customer Get billed with Legend Software?
Legend gathers information from you about how each customer should be billed for type of service, products or equipment and which service that bill is connected. When you complete the service the billing is created automatically after allowing you to make changes. It will even allow you to record cash receipts or pay off the invoice at the time of the job.
Can Legend assist me with my Routing by Map Grid?
Yes Legend can route by map grid, zip code, city or even your own customized sections of town. Legend will tell you when you have a service stop in the same area of any other stop. Additionally, Legend will allow you to stored a map of the the customers location. Some have also exported Service addresses to be plotted using Microsoft's Map Point Software to be used in GPS solutions.
Can I have a Full Profit and Loss Statement including Payroll?
Absolutely, however you must have Intuit's QuickBooks. Our basic product includes an export to Intuits "QuickBooks"™. You just tell Legend to send your paid service, product and tax information to "QuickBooks"™ version 2000, 2001, 2002 & 2003.
I bill some customers for a monthly rental that is not tied into a service. Can Legend help me with this Service Charge Monthly?

Yes, Legend has a special Pre-printed service slips template that is designed to only print the data. You just have your form made to fit the data print.
Can I customize your electronic forms instead of spending more for pre printed forms?
Yes our forms are designed to allow you to customize the lower half of the Service Slip and Invoice.
Can I use Legend on multiple computers?

Yes, if you have Microsoft's Word 97 or better, Legend will save each of these reports to a folder in Word Format. Just attach them to an email and away they go.

Legend offers several different formats or forms. Specific forms are designed to be customizable so that your special needs are met with the forms, including Service Slips, Invoices, Statements and Renewals. Our forms allow you to purchase pre printed forms from your printer or to use our low cost electronic forms.

Performance Software Technologies, Inc has been developing and selling Routing & Accounting Software since 1991. We produced our first routing software package called "Route Rite"® Desktop Routing and Accounting Software for DOS. That was followed by our second package "Route Rite"® Desktop Routing and Accounting Software for 16 bit Windows. The third generation followed, "Route Rite"® 32 Desktop Routing and Accounting Software. Now, the 4th generation has replaced all of those, it is the latest "Route Rite"® Legend Desktop Routing and Accounting Software.

Our software is mature with a long history of use and is designed to be integrated and share information amongst all of the various software modules. Our concepts have always been to enter the information one time and have it used in most all the areas that information may be useful. Secondly, our software is developed to be customizable. Many of our customers enjoy our aggressive software updating philosophy and want it to continue. In fact, they feel that they can get an upgrade that takes into consideration the ideas of the entire customer base and even prospective customers. They also want to have unlimited on going training. The customer's that a members of this Support Service will get these upgrades and training at no additional charge when they come available. This is an optional low cost program, however we also have customer's that like keeping their software just the same and do not want any upgrades.
We have customers that started with us back in the DOS Days that upgraded throughout to the 32 Bit Windows Version for no additional charge.
