"Route Rite"® Legend Forms
These forms are used with Route Rite Legend route service billing and
accounting software by Pest Control, lawn care, Carpet Cleaning, snow
removal, Window cleaning, handyman service, home service, Pool
Service, pressure washing, lawn care software, beverage service and
more.
Service Slips, Invoices, Statements & Renewal Invoices. For Ink Jet,
Laser and Dot Matrix Printer that have print drivers in your version of
windows. We have 12 different types of Service Slip/Work Ticket
designs for specific purposes. Print to Pre Printed forms (that match
our format) or print to blank 1, 2 or 3 part paper. Each form has a cost
whether it be special paper (#10), pre printed form (#9, 11, 12) or
electronic form (#1-8) printing to blank paper with our smart form
designs.
Use your own custom made Pre Printed forms, just have them made to
match our Data Templates (form #9, 11, 12). Insert your forms in the
printer and our software will print the data only on these two forms
selections. Or use our Electronic Forms (1-8) as low as .03 per service
slip, Invoice, Statement or renewal. Or just use slip #10 for double up
slip on one sheet( best when used with perforated Blank Sheets for ink
jet or laser. #12 mentioned above is for those that do not want prices
on the Service Slip but only prices on the invoice to the billing
customer. Or don't use service slips (Use the route Summary Instead)
and just use Invoices and Statements.
Window Envelope Design- A simple fold on the fold line of the form and
you can send the invoice to your customer by simply stuffing an
inexpensive # 10 Window Envelope. And your customer will send your
payment back faster with their ability to just insert the already folded
form back in the window envelope for your return payment.
Samples of all forms are on the Legend Demo. To Order Electronic
Forms you simply click help and then forms order and complete the
form. Just complete it, select Payment type, Fax it and your forms are
emailed.
Slips 1-2 are as low as .03 per service slip, invoice, statement or
renewal. No shipping charges and delivered quickly. Just have blank
paper to print on. Slip 10 is a no charge slip however works best with
Perforated Paper which is reasonably priced at various paper stores
online. Slip 9, 11 & 12 allow you to use your own colors, logos and
other labels and details and your cost is the cost of your forms.
