The "Route Rite"® Legend core software includes:
- Automatically create Bills when you Verify the work was done or automatically generates billing on predetermined billing cycle
- Click the Date Range to Verify
- Just click the Job to Verify or put in the Ticket # and the software opens the invoice for your editing or partial or full pay off.
- Edit the actual invoice including services and amounts, inventory used or sold, multi-unit history, person completing the work and even quickly pay off the Invoice if you want.
- If your jobs never change, click the auto verify and the software automatically verifies the work as completed and records the billing. Takes just seconds.
- Once this is complete the customers accounting and payment record is automatically updated, next service scheduled, along with all your reporting of Cash Receipts, Sales, Production, Inventory usage etc...
- If there was Special Billing Instructions attached to this customer, it is automatically invoiced based on those instructions
