We are Vertical Market software Developers for "Route Rite"™ Dos, 16 Bit
Windows, 32 Bit Window and Legend Software- We Originally delivered our "Route
Rite"™ DOS Software for Pest Control Customer History, Routing and
Scheduling, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Account Payable, and General
ledger, in 1991. We shortly thereafter expanded that product to the lawn care
industry.
In 1995, we introduced "Pen Writer"™ and "Pen Diagramer"™ Hand Held
Software to the Pest Control and Lawn Care Markets operating on the Apple
Newton Message Pads.
"Route Rite"™ Software was converted to 16 bit Windows with our "Route
Rite"™ for Windows Software, then our "Route Rite"™ 32 Software, before
offering the "Route Rite"™ Legend Software, designed in XP to run on Windows
Vista and Windows 7.
Over the years we have expanded our offerings to service maid service, carpet
cleaning, pool service, waste removal, sanitation, janitorial, window cleaning,
water and more. Our software modules have steadily evolved to promote our
open architecture feel by exporting to popular Windows Tool Software like Word
and Excel and sending data to Intuit's QuickBooks.
In 2011 we will have been in business for 2 decades and we are very proud of
being of service to the Service Management Industry for its software needs.
