Person-to-Person Training

We are pleased to announce in-house training & consulting sessions in the new training facility in our new Mesa, Arizona office. Reservations for a two-day session will begin March 1, 1999 for sessions to begin in late March. The sessions are private, meaning that one company at a time will be in the training or consulting session. They are the perfect complement for our 800-line telephone training. There are two types of sessions:

 

Session 1 – Getting Started

This session is ideal for new "Route Rite"® 32 desktop software users. It is designed to assist you in the proper set up of the variable pick lists that mold "Route Rite"® 32 desktop software into your business practices. You will also move on to customer entry, routing and billing. The program is designed to shorten your learning curve, so that you may finish your work back at your office. You may take home a copy of your setups to easily finish the getting started process and train the others in your office. You may bring up to five people for $500.00 per day. For those that want a fast start and to maximize efficient usage, this is a powerful expenditure of resources. Although we can not guarantee your success, we can guarantee our support of your success.

 

Session 2 – Experienced Customer Training and Consultation

This session is more wide open and may cover any of our products based on your requests. It may be used for training on new modules or additions to your Performance Software Technologies, Inc. software. You may train on your actual data. You may take advantage of your training consultant’s experience regarding proper setup and operation of Performance Software Technologies, Inc. products along with evaluation and feedback of usage based on your data and procedures. This session is great for the more experienced users wanting to increase their efficiency of use with Performance Software Technologies, Inc. products. This session is $500.00 per day for up to five people and we suggest the training be taken in two-day sessions. You may send a copy of your data 24 hours prior to training date. Due to the wide variety of procedures used by customers, we cannot guarantee that all data will be compatible for training, but we will strive to use your data that is sent ahead of time as much as possible. We will have it loaded on the training systems for the start of the training day. When you are finished the data goes back with you, which will allow you to reference it while implementing it on your current system.

Both of these sessions are offered at our training facilities in Mesa, AZ. You must have reservations at least two weeks in advance. Reservations are available beginning March 1, 2000 for training dates beginning in late March. This Consultative Training Service is only available to new customers and existing customers on Annual Software Support. The support staff you work with on the 800 lines teach the classes.

The Training sessions cover any of the following software modules from Performance Software Technologies, Inc including: Routing & Scheduling, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Job Costing, Inspection Reports, Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance, Sales, Barcoding, Linking to QuickBooks or Peachtree General Ledger, Payables, & Payroll, Linking to "Pen Writer"™ hand-held software, "Pen Writer"™ hand-held software operation and overall operational analysis and converting from "Route Rite"® desktop software to "Route Rite"® 32 desktop software while increasing your support efficiency using our 800 lines, Fax back and our new Web Capabilities.
