My Billing Buddy Link Software

"My Billing Buddy"tm Link Software Allows the Route Rite Legend On Screen Routing, Customer History, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and Management Report Software to export your Route Stops and send them to your Android Smart Phone, so that you do not need to drive to the office, saving fuel.

Your Jobs will be available on your phone, you will edit your expected service and product and then export your completed and cancelled service and sales work back into the Route Rite Tables, so your truck does not have to drive back to the office and you don't have to re edit the data. Just Save it and you are Saving more fuel and time

Select which of your Route Technicians (or all) that have an email and the date range and My Billing Buddy Link will gather all the jobs that meet the criteria and will automatically send an individual email per truck, with the jobs, to the Android Smart Phone of each Route Technician.

On the import just select the file that came back from My Billing Buddy Software and the Link Software Imports and populates Route Rite with screened data, but also creates an editable Exception Report for jobs that it rejected for pre-determined reasons.

New jobs can be added in the field and the Exception Report will catch them for you, so that you can manually update Route Rite with the criteria you want.
